We will develop this topic through three central sections:
- Macrobiotics and the Environment or is the Macrobiotics (still) the greenest approach
An evaluation of the influence of macrobiotics on the development of a deeper ecological awareness and possibilities for further development in our teaching and education for the future. - Contemporary grey zones of macrobiotics and macrobiotic counseling – understanding macrobiotics as a lifestyle and as an art of healing
- What we’ve learned from our own experience and what we could learn from other approaches and knowledge about the purpose of macrobiotics into the future.
