Director of Macrosano, a space for macrobiotics, cooking and healthy nutrition, Isabel finds in the practice of macrobiotics the health and balance to enjoy life fully and consciously.
Isabel trained as a macrobiotic consultant in the different institutes of Europe: Amsterdam, Valencia, Lisbon and France... enriching her knowledge of rhythms and patterns.
At Macrosano, annual courses of different levels are health from october to may, but Isabel loves travelling and teaches courses elsewhere. She often travels to teach "In-home classes". These courses, fully customized, are design to suit the client's needs, and are one of the best ways to get started in the macrobiotic practice.
She worked as a macrobiotic advisor in an international wellness clinic in Spain and since then, she has specialized in the design, implementation and monitoring of health programmes in hotels and spas internationally. Taking care of the design of the menus, programmes and staff training.
She has her own blog, where she writes recipes and articles about healthy nutrition and living, and she also writes for health magazines.
A macrobiotic consultation with Isabel can be carried out in person in Oñati or Prague, and can also be held on line via skype.
